REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Due to the nature of digital services and business networking solutions offered through the Platform, subscription fees, membership fees, listing fees, promotional charges, advertising fees, event registration fees, and similar payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been activated, delivered, made available, or accessed. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases where TradeSphere Global, at its sole discretion, determines that a technical failure, duplicate payment, billing error, unauthorized transaction, or other exceptional circumstance has occurred and justifies a refund.

If a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method used for the transaction, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the relevant payment service provider, banking institution, or financial intermediary. Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, fees paid for activated subscriptions, completed advertising campaigns, promotional packages, featured listings, lead generation services, event participation, consultancy services, custom reports, market intelligence products, downloadable content, digital products, and any services that have already been delivered or substantially performed shall not be eligible for refund. Where a service has been partially delivered or utilized by the user, TradeSphere Global may determine, at its sole discretion, whether any partial refund is appropriate based on the circumstances of the individual case.

In the event that a payment is deducted from a user's account but the purchased service is not activated due to a technical error, processing failure, or system issue, users are encouraged to contact TradeSphere Global with the relevant transaction details. Upon verification, TradeSphere Global will make reasonable efforts to either activate the purchased service or facilitate an appropriate refund where necessary. Duplicate payments resulting from technical errors may also be eligible for review and correction upon verification.

Users whose accounts are suspended, restricted, or terminated as a result of violations of the Platform's Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, fraudulent activities, misuse of services, or other prohibited conduct shall not be entitled to any refund unless otherwise required under applicable law.

If TradeSphere Global introduces marketplace functionality, transaction facilitation services, procurement tools, business matching services, payment facilitation mechanisms, or similar commercial features in the future, additional service-specific terms may apply.
